Please ask us for an individual quote for your team. Any long-stay discount depends on your dates, the number of people and availability. We personally confirm the discount, total price and conditions.
When will I receive the exact address?
The accommodation is in Osterholz-Scharmbeck. You will receive the exact address with your booking confirmation; key box details follow before your arrival.
How does a direct enquiry work?
Contact us directly by WhatsApp or email. Dates you have already selected are added to your message. If an enquiry form is available, you can also use it. We will check your request and reply personally with a total price. A booking is only made through a separate agreement.
Is the availability binding?
No. The display reflects the most recent successful calendar update. Changes may have occurred since then. We confirm your dates personally. If there is a technical problem, we mark availability as not checked.
Can I also book through Airbnb?
Yes. Both apartments are listed on Airbnb. The link beside each apartment takes you directly to its listing. Bookings made there are subject to the terms shown on Airbnb.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is available from 15:00 via a key box. On your departure day, please vacate the apartment by 10:00. You will receive your personal access details before arrival.
Are the garden and outdoor areas private?
The terrace belongs to the ground floor apartment, and the balcony to the upper floor apartment. Guests of both apartments share the garden of around 800 m². Garden equipment varies with the season.
Are the apartments accessible without steps?
No. There are three steps at the entrance to the ground floor apartment. The upper floor apartment is reached by stairs. Please contact us if you have questions about access.
What about children and pets?
Children are welcome. A travel cot can be provided by arrangement. Pets are not generally accommodated. Please contact us in advance if you have an assistance dog.
How many people can stay?
The ground floor accommodates up to 8 adults and children aged 2 or over in total, and the upper floor up to 6. Infants under 2 in a travel cot do not count towards occupancy and incur no extra-person charge. Please arrange travel cots with us personally. At least one adult must be travelling. Enquiries are possible for stays of 4 nights or more.
